Story focusing on Clary Fray (Lily Collins), discovers she’s the descendant of a type of Shadowhunters, a secret cadre of young half-angel warriors located in a historical battle to safeguard the world from demons.
Following the disappearance of her mother (Lena Headey), Clary must get together with a group of Shadowhunters, who introduce her to a dangerous alternate New York called Downworld, filled with demons, warlocks, vampires, werewolves as well as other deadly creatures.
